Siranuș has significant expertise in corporate and M&A, domestic and cross-border investment, and project finance, with a particular focus on real estate and construction matters.

She has successfully assisted a large number of credit institutions, global corporations, and some of the largest companies present in Romania in connection with joint ventures; domestic and cross-border reorganizations; divestments; share & asset deals; debt, equity, and complex-project financing; post-acquisition and post-financing restructuring matters; and security structures for the development of in-country projects.

Siranuș is highly skilled in the carrying-out of due-diligence exercises and the drafting of due-diligence reports and transaction-substantiating documents.

In addition, Siranuș has extensive knowledge of the banking and finance field and experience with the negotiations of various types of credit facilities and reserve-based landing, including related security-package and enforcement matters.

Prior to joining us, Siranus worked for Musat & Associates and for Popovici, Nitu, Stoica & Associates.

She also regularly advises on FIDIC-based contracts.
